Welcome to Spot Tot! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Spot Tot devices, mobile applications, services, and related technology (collectively, the “Service”), provided by Bebe OTG, LLC, doing business as Spot Tot (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility and Account Ownership
  • The Service is intended for use by parents/guardians who are the primary account owners.
  • The primary account owner is responsible for setting up the account, securing login credentials, and managing device use.
  • You may invite additional users (e.g., caregivers, relatives) at your discretion.
  • For added security, Spot Tot may provide optional two-factor authentication (2FA) using either SMS messages or email. If enabled, you agree to receive authentication messages at the phone number or email address you provide. Standard carrier rates may apply for SMS. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date contact information to receive these authentication codes.
  1. Authorized Users
  • Invitations: Parents/guardians may authorize additional users by sending a secure invitation via email or SMS.
  • Access Rights: Authorized users may be granted view-only access or, if expressly selected by the parent/guardian, administrative access.
  • Admin Access: Only the account owner can grant administrative privileges. This must be purposefully selected.
  • Revocation: The account owner may revoke authorized user access at any time, including administrative privileges. Revocation takes effect immediately.
  • Responsibility: The account owner is solely responsible for managing invitations, permissions, and revocations.
  1. Acceptable Use
    You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Tamper with, hack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Use the Service in a manner that could damage or impair Spot Tot’s systems or networks.
  1. Service Limitations
  • Spot Tot relies on LTE connectivity, GPS signals, and cloud hosting. As such, availability, accuracy, and performance may vary due to network conditions, weather, physical obstructions, or service outages.
  • The Service is designed to support child safety but is not a substitute for parental supervision.
  • Spot Tot does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • If you elect to use two-factor authentication, delivery of authentication codes via SMS or email is dependent on your mobile carrier, email provider, and network availability. Spot Tot is not liable for delays, blocking, or failures in receiving 2FA codes.
  1. Data and Privacy
  • Your use of the Service is also governed by the Spot Tot Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
  • By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All content, software, and technology provided as part of the Service are owned by Bebe OTG, LLC or its licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purposes.
  • You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service.
  1. Updates and Changes
  • We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements.
  • If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app, website, or email.
  • Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  1. Termination
  • Bebe OTG, LLC may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
  • You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.
  1. Disclaimers
  • The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Bebe OTG, LLC disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bebe OTG, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Bebe OTG, LLC’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  1. Governing Law
